Global Fleet Champions Awards will be given across five categories that reflect the five pillars of the Global Fleet Champions campaign and will be issued throughout the year at ceremonies in the nation in which each award-winner is based.
Fleet Analysis and Action Award
For the organisation that has implemented strong management systems to identify and tackle the safety and environmental impact of vehicles used on its behalf, carrying out risk and environmental impact assessments, monitoring and recording incident and fuel usage data, analysing data and researching and implementing effective interventions.

Sustainable Journeys Award
For the organisation that has done the most to reduce risk and fuel emissions by enabling active and shared travel (cycling, walking and public transport use), or by improving journey routing to reduce distance travelled by motorised vehicles, and reduce motorised vehicles posing the highest risks to people walking and cycling (for example, avoiding routes around schools).
Company Driver Safety Award
For the organisation that has implemented initiatives that effectively enable drivers to be safe. Judges will also award education and awareness-raising initiatives about safe driving that extend beyond employees to their families.
Safe and Healthy Roads for All Award
For the organisation that has worked hardest with its local community to achieve safe and healthy mobility, for example, by funding road infrastructure improvements such as segregated foot paths and cycle paths, or a crossing near a school. Judges will also be awarding organisations that have campaigned for change and engaged people in their communities to speak out for change with them.
